Not receiving a text (SMS) confirmation?
If you've followed the steps in registration to verify your phone number and have yet to receive a text from us, please double check it is accurate, and that you have cellular service or wi-fi. If you are still having trouble, Drop us a line. 🎣
Note that we do not accept international phone numbers at this time. You may set up a free US phone number with various 3rd party services, or contact us for help at email@example.com.
I am fully registered and verified, why am I still stuck?
Is your campus set up?
You are able to register and request to be contacted with more information, even if your campus hasn't been set up. You won't be able to access full features until we have an agreement with your council.
Is your student email correct?
Please make sure your student email is correct. This is what defines which campus you belong to. If you are a student attending community college, but rushing at a university, please use the university email.
Is your wi-fi or network connection bad?
Please make sure you have a reliable network connection for best results. If stuck, try quitting and reopening the app or web browser.
Can you start over?
Sometimes, the best option is to start from scratch. Be sure to delete any prior attempts to make sure you don't run into any duplicate account issues.
